Meet the all-volunteer team running the Oslo Impro Festival 2025. Give us a hello when you are here!

  • Aree is the founder of Impro Neuf International and has been part of the festival since 2018. Hailing from Indonesia, Aree is passionate about diversity and cultural representation on stage.

    Off stage? He’s a neuroscientist with a PhD. in physics! That’s why he believes improv is where artists and scientists collide, creating a magical blend of creativity and discovery.

Artistic Director

  • Kristine has been part of Impro Neuf for over a decade, and have been helping out at several OIFs. Now she is stepping out of the shadows as the co-director. She strongly believes we need safe spaces to be our most creative, and have witnessed the joy of people walking on stage for the first time, to become veteran improvisers. She loves the spontanity and come-together-ness improv brings. And Tigerpig. She loves Tigerpig.

Co-Artistic Director

  • Anjitha came to Norway as a doctoral student and stumbled upon the wonderful improv community at Impro Neuf two years ago. Since then, she has felt incredibly lucky to be part of it, actively volunteering and learning along the way. Originally from India, this is her first artistic venture—an exciting journey that continues to inspire her both on and off stage.

Head of House

  • Naya connects the festival with the world—spreading the word, engaging with artists and audiences, and building excitement. A passionate actress and improviser from Greece, now based in Oslo, she performs with Freudian Slippers, Too Legit to Quit, and Krim de la nøff. Beyond the stage, she brings her storytelling skills to PR, ensuring the festival reaches and inspires as many people as possible.

  • We’re thrilled to have Pravin Dahal on board as part of the OIF 2025 team, leading the way in systems management. His dedication and expertise are shaping the future, and we can’t wait to share our journey with you!

Systems

  • Siddanth or Sid as he is commonly known as, arrived in Oslo 5 years ago and ever since has been an active member at Impro Neuf. Having been a part of No Pressure, The engine needs oil, Flotage, the sound of Neuf and MSG, he has had his share of time on stage at Chateau Neuf :) taking care of finances during his time on the board at Impro Neuf and also his experience with OIF24 organization made him jump at the opportunity to help with OIF25 !

Finance

Diversity & Inclusion

  • Carlos arrived at Improv Neuf two years ago with over a decade of international experience as improviser and storyteller. Originally from Spain, he performed regularly in Copenhagen with ICC and Inconspicuous Comedy before moving to Oslo. He is happily settled in the city, regularly performing on its stages and supporting Improv Neuf’s community. 2025 will be the third year he contributes to the Carnival day in OIF, this time as the main responsible. He appreciates kindness, courage and celebratory popcorn.

Festival & Shows

  • Arthur has worked in London for 14 years as an animator, VFX artist, and character designer across film, television, and commercials. Since 2013, he has also been a passionate improviser performing and training with Hoopla, The Free Association, DDG, The Nursery, and Shoot From The Hip. In 2024, he returned to Norway to continue his passion for improv and working on visual effects

Designer
